Winning Opportunity

Winning Opportunity

Human conditions worldwide shift every few decades. Mixed with that are shifts of a larger nature that happen every few thousand years. There are high points in human history and lulls. We are currently in one of the largest troughs in history. This does not spell disaster. It does spell massive change and unusual opportunity for those with their eyes open and their ears to the ground. The change will affect every aspect of life, from jobs, to housing, from music, medicine and social strata to the political structure globally. The old adage that the only sure thing you can count on is change is exploding in our faces now. You can't avoid it so don't try. Be ready to move your life with the flow. That being the case, be ready to see your roots moved from point "A" to a point you never dreamed possible. If you are ready for change, it isn't as scary.

If you feel the slightest hint that your roots are going to be torn up and moved physically, the time to look at social structures and prices of communities country wide is now. There are some givens: most know that Marin County is one of the most expensive areas in the country to live and buy property. How many are aware that South Snohomish County in Washington State rivals Marin County for that dubious award? Have you looked at land and housing prices in Shelbyville, Tennessee or perhaps Ashland, Oregon? Pricing New York condos and full-sized homes in Seattle can be a shock to the system. Get over it. The change is here whether you wanted it or not and if you find yourself reading this sentence then you are already tuned into that fact. Knowing the global picture prepares you for the change and allows it to be opportunity: you win.
